Feeding and discharging system
The feeding and discharging system of small concrete mixer is composed of feeding hopper, discharging hopper, main discharging tank, auxiliary discharging tank, support and locking frame. It is an important part of mixer and directly affects the speed and quality of feeding and discharging. The feeding hopper and the discharging hopper are connected with the backstage support frame of the subframe through a bracket. The liner is made of high strength fine grain alloy steel. Its wear resistance is 1.59 times of Q345A (original 16Mn), which greatly improves the wear resistance.
The main discharge chute can discharge the concrete in the required direction, and the auxiliary discharge chute can extend the length of the main discharge chute. When the auxiliary discharge chute is lengthened, pull down the lock handle on the auxiliary discharge chute to lock. The locking frame locks the main discharge chute when the discharge chute is not working.
When the discharge chute is not working, push it inward, it will automatically lock, lift the lock handle, and then the discharge chute can be pulled out. The control rod of the discharge chute has the function of supporting the discharge chute and adjusting the up and down displacement of the discharge chute notch. It is driven by spiral screw, with accurate positioning, reliable connection and light and labor-saving movement. The locking rod locks the discharge chute which is turned to any position. Lift the handle to release the lock.
The operating system of small concrete mixer is composed of controller, linkage shaft, flexible shaft and linkage mechanism, which mainly controls the rotation speed and direction of mixing drum. A set of controllers are arranged on both sides of the rear of the mixer truck, and the left and right controllers can realize linkage. There is only one control rod on the controller, and the connecting end is connected to the variable displacement pump through the connecting rod mechanism. The flow of the oil pump is adjusted by changing the angle of the control handle on the pump, so as to control the direction and speed of the cylinder rotation, which is controlled by moving the handle left and right; At the same time, the handle is connected to the throttle of the engine through the flexible shaft, and can be moved up and down to control the handle when the speed needs to be increased, so as to control the control lever to improve the cylinder speed.
The hydraulic system of small concrete mixer is a closed circuit composed of reducer and variable piston pump, and the transmission and hydraulic system use the same oil circuit. The reducer is a special reducer for concrete mixer produced by ZF of Germany or PMP of Italy, while the plunger pump and hydraulic motor are made by Rexroth of Germany, which can provide excellent output performance and super long service life. The model of lubricating oil used in the whole system is SAE15W-40, and the oil grade is not lower than the following standards: - mil-l-46152c / - D / - E.
The electric system of small concrete mixer consists of three parts: cooling fan control part and rear position indicator part. Cooling fan control part: the start and stop of the cooling fan is automatically controlled by the temperature switch. The fan starts when the temperature is higher than 65 ℃, and stops when the temperature is lower than 60 ℃. The temperature switch is located on the cooler, and the relay and fuse are in the power relay box beside the battery. Rear clearance lamp part: the rear clearance lamp is used to indicate the size of the rear contour of the vehicle at night, and is on and off at the same time as the rear license plate lamp.
