After the material is loaded to the nominal volume, turn the operating handle to the "stirring" position to make the rotating speed of the mixing drum change to 1 ~ 3R / min, lock the operating handle and put down the baffle plate on the main tank.
(2) Stirring transportation of concrete
In order to ensure the homogeneity of concrete, the mixing drum must rotate at the speed of 1 ~ 3R / min according to the mixing direction during transportation.

In the process of transporting concrete, the mixing drum should not stop rotating, so as to avoid segregation of concrete and even damage the equipment.

When the mixer truck is running, the support cylinder of the discharging mechanism should be fixed in its locking frame, so that the main trough is in the running locking state, and the extended trough should be placed in a fixed position and locked, so as to prevent injury to passers-by and other vehicles and articles.
(3) Discharge of concrete
After the concrete transport vehicle arrives at the construction site, pull the operating handle to the appropriate position on the "feeding" side, and rotate the mixing drum for 1-3 minutes at the speed of 8-12r / min to make the concrete in the mixing drum mix evenly before unloading.
Adjust the height and direction of the main discharge chute to the discharge location (lengthened chute can be used if necessary). Lift the baffle. Pull the operating handle to the proper position on the "discharge" side to discharge. According to the needs of construction, the discharging speed can be adjusted until all the concrete in the mixing drum is discharged. After unloading, pull the operating handle to the "stop" position to stop the rotation of the mixing drum.
Clean the discharge hopper, main trough and extension trough with water at the construction site, keep the urban roads clean, and prevent the residual concrete from solidifying in these places (especially in summer).
Stow and fix the main discharge chute, retract the extended chute to a fixed position and lock it, put down the baffle plate and prepare to drive back to the mixing plant (building) for the next truck of concrete transportation.
